We know that a lot of organisations have trained staff in PRINCE2™. The key question is whether they have been able to apply what they have learnt?

Training that is delivered in isolation will not deliver long term benefits. A training course will equip staff with the information needed to improve their project management skills. However, this improvement will only occur if they are given the means to implement what they have learnt. Within their organisation staff will need management support, examples of the reports and plans they need to create and access to experienced PRINCE2™ project managers. This will ensure that the first time they apply PRINCE2™ it will be a success.
